“Excellent plugin and support”
I’ve been using Sucuri for many years now and have found them to offer excellent protection, along with support that is WAY above the norm. Though I’m not very technically savvy, their support team took time to explain things and to offer helpful advice about how to improve security and speed. In these days of malware, etc. I wouldn’t be without Sucuri. And I have GREATLY appreciated their help on several occasions when there were malware or other issues that either took down my site or affected its speed and functionality. Great product and team!

“Very Bad”
I had a very bad experience with SUCURI, I subscribed with a business subscription for $500, and they put my website offline for 2 days, a lot of problems, they don’t care about the website at all, support team without support skills, they badly modified dozens of server configuration files, and they destroyed everything claiming that they cleaned up malware, besides all of this, they don’t have a support chat, the response to the ticket after many hours with no solutions, I believe they’re teaching themselves using clients as learning materials.
After all, I ended up working on fixing the files, hiring professionals to fix what SUCURI corrupted, and migrating to another server since they had the access and they kept logging in and changing files…
It was a complete disaster.
Less than a week with this experience, they refused to refund after all.
“Stay Away from the Firewall it Does Not Work”
The firewall is a complete mess, geoblocking never works and my account got hacked several times. I open the ticket to fix this issue and it took several days for a response. Also this guys they have access to your account and they mess up several of my files. Right now i just lost my online business due to a mess they did with my files. My website was fine before… without this firewall! Also they have a certain limit to block the ip, is not like the other plugings that has unlimited ip blocking. Just stay away from this terrible firewall, they will log into your account without you knowing and mess up your files and is the worst firewall to use for your business.
